Conditions

When booking online you agree to the following 

  • YOU are the over the age of consent for the procedure YOU have booked

  • If you do not attend the appointment you have booked you will automatically lose all balances paid - This covers our time and set up cost

  • ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE - FEES PAID ARE TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND STERILIZATION OF YOUR JEWELLERY.

  • YOU WILL PROVIDE PHOTO ID (PASSPORT/DRIVING LICENSE/EDUCATION CARD) IN PHYSICAL FORM - PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE ABOVE.
     

  • IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF CONSENT TO SIGN FOR YOURSELF (16 YEARS OF AGE iN THE uk) YOU WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR LEGAL PARENT OF GUARDIAN.
     

  • For Piercing: The age requirements are set by licensing guidelines and the company's insurance with ID required and is as follows:
     

  • Age 6-13   Ear lobes only (1sts from 6yrs and 2nds from 10yrs) with parental consent present
     

  • Age 14+  Cartilage, nostril, Tongue & navel  (if anatomy is suitable) with parental consent present up to age 16
     

  • Age 16-17 All other body and facial Piercings
     

  • OVER 18 PIERCINGS WILL ONLY CONDUCTED ON OVER 18S WITH VALID ID AND ARE ABLE TO CONSENT FOR THEMSELVES.
     

  • All services in the studio come under the Skin Piercing Regulations by the Environmental Health Office where we are registered and licensed. Skin Piercing is classed as 'intrusive treatment' skin and are applicable to minimum age requirements where ID may be required to prove age. We may ask for ID if you appear under the age of 25 so we can ensure that you are of the correct age for the treatment. Don't be offended if we ask, if not different to alcohol, its our legal governance!
     

  • IF WE BELIEVE THAT A VUNERABLE PERSON IS BEING PRESSURED INTO ANY PROCEDURE  THEY DON'T WANT WE WILL REFUSE SERVICE - wE WILL ALSO CONTACT THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES
     

  •  AFTERCARE ADVICE AND SERVICE

    With every service, we are here every step of the way to advise and support you. Before, after, during, after and even after hours via Facebook messenger; there is always someone here for you!

    Before every service you will be asked to read, complete and sign a consent form.

    The consent form informs you of the risks and liability of the treatment and it also informs you of the after care advice and where the full advice will be found on our website.

    You will also receive a full printed aftercare guideline document after each treatment and the artist will explain the process and importance of aftercare. 

    it is your responsibility to follow the advice given and contact us with any queries or concerns. We cannot be held responsible for what happens outside of the studio.

     

  • IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ARE NOT MET WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW SERVICE AND THEN ANY FEES PAID WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE.

Jewellery CHANGES

We offer an optional free jewellery change as part as your booking.

 

this will only be done after the healing time that is suitable to the piercing chosen.

the jewellery will either be provided by yourself ASLONG AS IT IT SUITABLE FOR PIERCING or we can source one you  for a fee that will be invoiced before your jewellery change VIA EMAIL.

After the first free JEWELLERY change a £5 Nominal fee will be charged for each hereafter.

Tattoo Appointments & Deposits
 

  • The deposit is non-refundable. 

  • A minimum £45 deposit is required in advance to book a tattoo appointment. A deposit is required for each tattoo, even if you are coming to get them on the same day. The deposit is payable via Bank Transfer.

  • Once a deposit has been received, we'll discuss and agree an appointment date and time. Please book your tattoo appointment on a day where you have no set plans after your appointment. Give yourself plenty of time and do not rush the artist.
     

  • ALL BALANCES PAID UPFRONT ARE NON - REFUNDABLE this is includes full day and gift vouchers

  • If you would like to rearrange your appointment we ask for a minimum of 10 days notice. Failing to notify us within the minimum 10 days notice will result in losing your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable if for whatever reason.

  • failing to show up for your appointment will in turn forfeit your deposit that has been paid

  • If you cancel because you are ill or recovering from illness, we will give you a period of time (usually 30 days) in which you must reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be carried over to the new appointment. If you are ill a second time and give less than 10 days notice prior to your second appointment, the deposit will then become non-refundable.

  • If you are more than 20 mins late for your appointment, the time missed will be charged at our hourly rate and will be in addition to the cost of your tattoo once you arrive. We reserve the right not to tattoo you if you arrive leaving insufficient time for us to complete the tattoo.

  • Custom drawings/tattoo designs are not available until the day of your appointment. Unless agreed with the artist prior to the appointment - We ask customers to look through our tattoo portfolio and reviews (healed and fresh tattoos available on Instagram and reviews on Google and Facebook) before booking. There is always time on the day to discuss your design and ask for small changes.
